Return Policy
Please choose carefully, most of our products are made to order, as such we do not refund, return, or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection (as supported by Australian Consumer Law).
All Studio Kaytar product is quality checked, however should a product be delivered that has a manufacturing fault, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. You are entitled to this policy if you contact us within 48 hours of your product delivery notifying us of the manufacturing fault.
All custom / made to order items are final sale, and are not liable for return, refund, or exchange.
We do not accept returns on discounted or sale items. Once approved as faulty, all faulty items are to be returned in their packaged, labelled, unused, original condition.
Made-to-Order
We cannot accept returns on our made-to-order items. We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges. Product images are taken in natural daylight to accurately display colours, however, please note that colours and textures may appear differently on different screens. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact info@studiokaytar.com with a description and images of the defect.
Faulty Items
Our products are mostly made to order by hand, so hand made imperfections are part of the design character. We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please contact us at info@studiokaytar.com.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of incorrect use or care are not considered to be faulty.
Incorrect Items
If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please immediately contact us at info@studiokaytar.com
Refunds
Only under special circumstance due to a product fault that can not be repaired or replaced will we offer a refund. Your refund will be credited to the credit card or paypal account used to make the original order. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
If you have used a gift voucher to make your purchase, you will be issued a new credit voucher valid for 6 months and redeemable at Studio Kaytar online.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once your return item has been received. Once your return has been approved you will receive a confirmation email. if your return does not meet our return policy requirements you will be contacted by our customer support team.
Sale items
Sale items apply to items that have been marked down to clear. Items that are marked with sale are not eligible for return. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment.
Credit Voucher
Upon receipt of your returned order, we will issue you with a credit voucher to the value of your return via email. The voucher will include a voucher number and pin to redeem online at studiokaytar.com. Please note credit vouchers are valid for 6 months and not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Afterpay Terms
Afterpay purchases returned for a refund online will be refunded back through Afterpay. In cases where only part of an order is returned for a refund, Afterpay will automatically update your payment plan.
Any remaining payments will continue to be deducted from your specified payment method by Afterpay, and you will receive a credit note for the full purchase amount at the time of the return.
If your return is only eligible for a credit voucher, you will be issued this when your return is completed and continue to make any remaining payments through Afterpay.
