International Shipping
Studio Kaytar ships to all international destinations. Free standard shipping is included in the price of purchase. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees specific to your country, which are not covered by Studio Kaytar. We recommend checking your country's customs policies before completing your purchase.
Multiple or Oversized Items
Orders containing multiple items, especially oversized products, may be shipped in separate packages. In such cases, multiple tracking numbers will be provided. For pre-order items, all items within an order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. Please note that we cannot combine shipments from separate orders.
Order Confirmation
Studio Kaytar may withhold shipments while awaiting confirmation of the recipient's delivery address, payment details, or proof of identification.
Shipping Times
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Orders placed by 12pm on business days are processed and shipped within 2-3 days (excluding pre-order items).
- Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 2-3 business days starting the next business day.
- Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- 2-3 business days within metropolitan areas.
- 4-5 business days for regional areas.
- Up to 6 business days for Western Australia.
International Shipping
- Shipping times range from 8-16 business days, depending on the destination.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details. For orders shipped in multiple packages, separate tracking numbers will be provided.
